Crouch-Mitch House Moving Company was founded in 1918 by Mr. GE Crouch, and has been in business in North Carolina for 100 years.  Our early efforts involved house moving, but in 1978, the business was incorporated and adopted the name “Mitch Contracting Company, Incorporated”.  Since that time, services have expanded and diversified to include: interior and exterior demolition, disaster cleanup, jacking and shoring, concrete saw cutting, roll-off container rental, removal of underground storage tanks, grading and excavation.  With 100 years of experience, we consider ourselves specialists in many areas and truly believe experience is the backbone of the company.  We employ the most skilled and knowledgeable workforce to generate a professional business environment.
